weekly goals | sun 26.07.20



Hi everyone! 

I skipped yesterday but we're back!

I want to set some small goals for the week ahead and hopefully if I put them here, it'll hold me accountable.

SO

Daily Habits

1. Keep up with the daily posts on this blog
2. Do some form of exercise - even if it's just a walk
3. Do 1 hour of work each day of University work

Goals

1. Plan my dissertation work / schedule for summer
2. Upload a youtube video
3. Have 3 proper meals everyday (not cereal in tupperware at work, not a ready meal for lunch and not a takeaway for dinner - except on my birthday!)

This was a short one, but I hope you enjoyed! Maybe try do this for yourself, I think it's good to try set goals for the week so there is something that can be aimed for!
